Our
Video Pipe inspection Service is second to none. We were the first
ones in the "Pee Dee" area to offer this service to our
customers. We are able to look inside of piping, are duct system
to diagnoses a problem and come up with a solution to the problem.
Unlike many other companies that simply just guess what the problem
may be, we know. Our systems also allow us to pin point the exact
location with a built in transmitter which we can find with our receiver
and this allows us to pin point the problem. This helps save you time
and money on repairs. this also allows us to know whether a
preventative treatment would be of any help.
- Hydro-Jetting
- Our service department has a solution to all those problems occurred
by sand, sludge, and grease. Hydro-Jetting allows us to use water to
blast away the stoppages and clean out 100% of the line. This
technology uses a combination of water and pressure ( 3000 PSI ) to
blast the stoppages out. Our equipment allows us to clean lines out in
kitchens, bathrooms, restaurants, and large industrial plants. Our
jetter is powerful enough, and portable enough to clean storm drains
in parking lots.
- Sewer & Drain Cleaning
- Jordan & Sons has one of the largest combinations of drain
cleaning equipment for sewer and drain cleaning. We have electric
cable cleaning equipment that allow us to clean out small residential
drains all the way to Large City municipal drains. We have machines
large enough to clean out the heaviest amount of roots found in lines.

Jordan & Sons was one of the first companies factory
trained and authorized to install and service the continuous type
water heaters. We are also factory trained and authorized to work on
are repair; State, Rudd, Rheem, AO Smith, Rinnai, Bradford White,
Sears, Whirlpool, Maytag, American, Sea Horse, Palarmo, and many more.
Not only due we sell water heaters we install them.

Protection Plans( VCP ) give our customers a piece of mind knowing
that we will be there for emergency service 24 hours a day at no
additional charges. Call on any major holiday and its no extra then
calling during the week. We know plumbing and drain problems can occur
almost anytime. VCP plans also give you savings, no trip charges, preferred
scheduling, free plumbing home inspection at the end of the contract,
flushing of the water heater along with a 14 point check up, minor
adjustments during any of our visits at no additional charge, tagging
of emergency shut off valves. Along with a complete list of any
service, or product that we have ever provided to you.
